Father Serra Meets John's 24mm Maxxum Macro

Some folks were having more fun at Carmel / Pebble Beach than others this weekend.

This is the tomb of Father Serra who claimed and settled Alta California in the name of Spain. It is at the San Carlos Boromeo Mission in Carmel. A lovely spot to be sure.
