A Nice Macro

A macro lens is wonderful for getting down to the details, and as everyone knows, the devil is in the details or something.

This flower in the back yard was taken with a pretty fast 1:1 macro which costs about as much as a moderate priced camera. But it is worth it for the sort of results you get. I need to work more with this lens.

It makes for a change of pace from all the landscapes.
